Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our Shop and click "Add to Order" on any item — this sends you to our contact form with the item pre-selected. We'll confirm your order and pickup time via email within a few hours.
What's the order cutoff for same-day pickup?
Orders placed by noon Monday–Saturday can be picked up the same day. Orders placed after noon will be ready the following business day.
Do you offer delivery?
Currently we offer pickup only for individual orders. Wholesale accounts in the Houston metro area may qualify for delivery — contact us to discuss.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for retail orders. Wholesale minimums start at 10 lbs/week — see our Wholesale page for details.
Products
How long does fresh pasta keep?
Fresh pasta keeps for 3–4 days refrigerated in its original vacuum-sealed packaging. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months — cook from frozen, do not thaw first.
Are your products gluten-free?
Our current pasta lines are made with semolina and are not gluten-free. We're actively developing a gluten-free range — sign up for updates via our contact form.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes — our Vegan Pesto and Veggie Pasta prepared meals are fully plant-based. Our sauces (Marinara, Pesto) are also vegan. Note that standard egg pasta contains eggs.
Are ingredients locally sourced?
We source eggs and seasonal vegetables locally wherever possible and prioritize Texas suppliers. Our semolina flour and specialty Italian ingredients are imported for authenticity.
Events & Catering
Do you cater events?
Yes — we cater corporate lunches, weddings, private dinners, and more. Get in touch at least 2 weeks in advance so we can plan your order. Contact us here.
Can you do custom pasta shapes for events?
Custom shapes are available for large orders with sufficient lead time. Reach out with your event date and quantities and we'll let you know what's possible.
