Nuvella Pasta started with one simple belief: that fresh pasta — made the right way, with real ingredients — is one of life's greatest pleasures. What began as a weekend passion turned into a daily mission to bring authentic handmade pasta to Houston homes, restaurants, and events.
Operating out of a shared commercial kitchen, we keep our footprint lean and our standards high. Every batch is made fresh each morning. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just flour, eggs, and craft.
We source locally wherever possible and rotate our seasonal shapes to reflect what's freshest. From ravioli to pappardelle, each cut is made with intention.
